We are a small and friendly club enjoying competitive rugby every Saturday afternoon during the season, which ends with our own ‘Invitation Sevens Tournament’. Founded by R.A. Ford in 1967 Plumpton's home from the start has been the Racecourse.
It has over the year’s borne testament to the highs and lows, trials and tribulations of being a Sussex village team, from having 11 players to two full sides, from bitter defeat to glorious victory. Having consolidated our position in the Intermdiate league it's all about fun and rugby!!
